DesignSite is a holiday design and decoration planning application that allows users to:

• Browse, create, and customize holiday decoration designs
• Submit design requests and proposals to designers
• Access images, templates, and tools for creative planning
• Communicate with service providers for holiday decoration installation (where applicable)

• You must be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian's consent to use the App
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your login information or allow unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• All content, designs, images, software, and branding within the App are owned by DesignSite or its licensors
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent
• Designs you create within the App remain your intellectual property, but you grant us a license to display and store them for app functionality

• You are solely responsible for photos or materials you upload
• Do not upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission
• We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate

• If you purchase products, design services, or subscriptions through the App, you agree to pay all stated fees
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store raw credit card numbers
• Pricing is subject to change with notice

• App subscriptions or digital items may be non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• Service and installation agreements are governed by the specific contract signed with the service provider

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App's servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data
• Harass other users or support staff

• The App may contain links to third-party websites or services
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be bug-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• Digital design representations may differ from actual physical installations

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignSite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
